Dream Interpretation Triangle | Dream Meanings
A dream concerning objects of respect and adoration (Gypsy). See occult and Christian significance of this figure.
For many, the triangle represents the three parts of the Holy Trinity—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; it can also represent the number three and its various manifestations in father, mother and child, or body, mind and spirit.
If you are religious, the triangle could be telling you to pay more attention to your religious teachings. It can also mean feeling independent or being able to stand on your own two feet.
If the triangle is facing upwards, this suggests that it would be better to channel your energies into your conscious objectives but if it is pointing downwards, you should turn inwards and explore your unconscious mind.
On the other hand, the triangle was a symbol used in Third Reich to mark out those who were ’different’ and ’bad’.
If you are seeing a triangle in a negative manner in your dream, it could be that you are feeling singled out, feeling like people are harassing you for no good reason and that you are frustrated and frightened by this. For Freudians, the triangle is an image of sexuality, male pointing upwards and female pointing downwards.
If your dream incorporated a triangular figure or shape, it may also have denoted three people who are closely linked to you in the waking world; perhaps your children and your partner, or perhaps a love triangle.
According to Freud, a pyramid is a symbol of an erect phallus. Others suggest that this powerful image represents spiritual aspirations. Alternatively if you dreamed that you found yourself in an Egyptian setting awed by the sight of the Great Pyramids, perhaps your unconscious is urging you to travel and see the great wonders of the world or to explore your own inner world. The square base of the pyramid can denote your unconscious foundations and the apex of the pyramid your aspirations. The pyramid can also represent a mountain you need to ascend in order to achieve your highest ambition, which may be spiritual enlightenment. There is a well-known game—square, circle or triangle?—in which you draw a square, circle or a triangle and ask someone to elaborate each of these shapes into a drawing. Whatever your playing partner makes of the square is supposed to relate to their outlook on the world, the circle to their inner being and the triangle to their sex life. See if any of this makes sense if squares, circles or triangles appear in your dreams.
Trinity; body, mind and spirit. Power, integration, balance.
The end of a love affair is predicted by a dream of a triangle of any kind.
Triangles symbolize perfection, the total integration of the body, mind, and spirit. For this reason, dreams in which geometric figures appear should be interpreted as the antecedent to a period in which you could enjoy great abundance in every sense. Triangles also reveal to the dreamer that their objectives will be achieved due to how high they are.
If you dream of a triangle, you will suffer from loss of friends or have conflicts with loved ones.
To dream of a triangle, foretells separation from friends, and love affairs will terminate in disagreements.
Dreams of a triangle signify a sacred trinity. This dream may be giving you the message that you are integrating your mind, body and spirit, or integrating the father, mother and child aspects of yourself. You may be feeling the power or the tension of being between two important people in your life. See Three.
1. Energy, power.
2. A good omen for personal circumstance, general good luck.
3. Direction, pointing the way, usually spiritual.
4. Symbolic of genitalia, male or female.
You will have to choose between two lovers.
To see triangles in your dream refers to your hopes and your potential. Triangles are also symbol of spirituality, and the union of your body, mind, and spirit.
If you’re experiencing a love triangle in your real life, your dream may refer to this. Also see “Love Triangle”
It is a female sexual symbol if the tip points down; male, if the tip points up.

Looking at, stepping into, or having a triangle thrown at you: you have a hidden talent for scientific research. As a spiritual sign, the triangle represents a heightened sense of serenity. In a man’s dream the triangle is usually a symbol of female genitalia.
Depth Psychology: The triangle is the symbol for a “triangulated” affair. It may, however, also indicate that contradictory traits in your personality can be balanced in order to create something new. See also the chapter “Numbers in Dreams—Number 3.”

The three major aspects of human nature—body, personal experience and impersonal consciousness, similar to the number three—see numbers. Triangle with point upwards: depicts the physical aspects of human nature moving towards the personal or conscious. Triangle with point downwards: the areas of consciousness moving towards physical expression. Tnangles linked in star of David: complete balance in human nature Sometimes the points of the mangle are used to represent three stages of human development of awareness.
The first is the undifferentiated or preconscious stage, the second is the sense of individuality, feeling otherness’ in regard to the world; and the third is the relationship of the self to the other’ in people and the world.
