An object or person appearing in a dream that features thunder may therefore represent someone you are planning to oppose in waking life or may suggest an aspect of yourself with which you feel uncomfortable.

If the latter is the case, the thunder may be the voice of your own conscience or an authority figure such as a parent or teacher or boss at work. Try to work out what the thunder was saying; it is a strong image and the advice may be equally impressive.

Finally, were you personally involved during the storm or did you fear for the safety of someone else? If you were worried about someone else, it may be that you fear the consequences of your actions on other people.
